Today I want to talk about a couple things…

First and foremost, with the Swine Flu circulating, remember: This sickness is not only serious, but also can be fatal. Protect yourself and those around you. My mom and I are carrying around antibacterial handgel, since our travels are leading us to the areas with the highest number of cases reported. Be safe

Secondly, I wanted to share with you some of the musicians and artists I’ve been listening to lately:

Next, I wanted to confirm that I do not plan on having a Twitter account, but I will notify you if that changes. Until then, do not believe anyone under the name “Alyson Stoner” or anything similar. I DO NOT HAVE A TWITTER!

 

Lastly, I encourage you all to take a step back today, examine your lives, imagine where you’d like to be in five years, discover your goals and passions, begin to change your bad habits and behaviors that interfere with you achieving your dream, and make an action plan to get the ball rolling!
